THE 4-PHASE MODEL

Each phase corresponds to a Uranian principle and solves a key challenge teams face when adapting to AI and disruption.

What this phase does:

  • Captures and shares lessons (failures included).

  • Designs new narratives, roles and ways of working fit for an unpredictable world
