The Uranian Framework™ works in two movements.
First, we map who your team actually is beneath the job titles, the processes and the habits. Using symbolic and behavioural frameworks, we identify the patterns driving your team's thinking, its creative blocks and its distinctive strengths.
Then we use that identity as the foundation for everything else - ideation, culture, communication, change. Because sustainable creative output doesn't come from better tools or more workshops. It comes from knowing who you are.

The methodology combines over 20 years of corporate assessment and talent development with professional training in applied linguistics, theatre directing, symbolic systems and archetypal frameworks, as well as martial arts practice that taught me how identity performs under pressure.
