TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOPS FOR WANNABE URANIAN TEAMS

This one-day workshop will help the team members get to know themselves and one another from a totally different angle. We will look at each person's "default settings" to identify:

• Their thinking style

• What drives and motivates them

• Where their talents lie

• What blocks and challenges they encounter

• And what makes them feel safe and comfortable

 

We will also look at how those "default settings" impact, foster or hinder the relationships within the team and how they can be improved.

 

The workshops enhance self-awareness, improve interpersonal understanding and foster a collaborative environment by integrating astrological insights into team development. The language of astrology often enables people to share things about themselves they haven't been able to share until now.
 

All exercises are customised to the "default settings" the team members were born with so every workshop is personalised and designed with the specific individuals in mind.

We can also create a team natal chart if you know when your team was created, to build a common team identity and check how each member's natal chart resonates with it and what part they are meant to play.
