My work blends storytelling, symbolism, ritual and immersive sensory design with movement-based practices that activate the body as well as the mind. Storytelling

Symbolism & Meaning-Making
I draw on timeless symbolic systems - myth, archetypes and astrological symbolism - to give your activation depth and resonance. These frameworks help participants translate the experience into personal insight, which strengthens brand affinity.
Strategic Timing
Human beings respond to symbolic thresholds - solstices, equinoxes, lunations, eclipses and other astronomical events all carry collective meaning. I advise brands on how to align activations with these moments to create deeper emotional resonance. When your activation is timed with a psychologically potent moment - whether renewal, release, empowerment or introspection - its impact increases dramatically.

Many people want to start but don’t know how or fear it’s “too late.” My own transformation - from a UK size 20 and obese to a size 8, now with a six-pack, ring experience as a kick-boxer and the resting heart rate of an athlete - demonstrates what’s possible when discipline meets support and encouragement.
